Concert Fashion: Do and Don’ts

Do’s and Don’ts of concert-goer fashion:

1. DO NOT adorn yourself in a million prints of the logo of the band you are going to see or in logos of their KNOWN rival band.. that’s just rude… even if there not a rival band it is always safe just to wear a black shirt.

2. If you reeeaaalllyyy want to wear a band logo to a concert, make sure it is the same band you are going to see and limit it to ONE item of clothing or accessory.

3. If you are over the age of 10 do NOT wear huge PINK bows.

4. Pleather pants.. nuff said. And if you are still delusional.. at least make sure you dont have to lay down to zip up.. that’s a red flag right there. Pleather pants are for the eighties type rawkers on stage not for the concert goer. Just because they looked good on your favorite rocker in the 80’s, DOES NOT mean they will look good on you!

5. If your midriff is as wide or wider than your hips… then steer clear of high rise shirts. If we can stick at least half a finger in… you get it

6. Ladies.. STAY AWAY FROM BLACK OUT MAKE-UP! Imitating a bands make-up will not get you noticed by them.. just like it won’t get the other hundreds of girls noticed that are doing the same thing.

7. Purses…small or not at all; or at least not gaudy.

8. Stay away from blister breeders. Consider how long you end up standing in one spot for so long.

~ it stands in English but it’s really a Finnish radio station, and I loove the “rules”.
