Summer Holiday and a new flag for Finland?

Finland’s new flag?

Yesterday(28.05.2008 ) it was 90 years ago since Finland’s official flag got approved. To Celebrate this 5 Th and 6Th graders in Kronohagens school in Helsinki made their own flags. The flags shows that they like Mumi and that nature likes close to a Finns heart.

~ I think they look really cute! The one in the Middle is my favorite, which ones is yours?

Summer Holiday

On Saturday Finnish primary schools, middle schools and high schools starts their Summer Holiday. The Finnish weather stations reports that there will be about 25 C in the south parts of Finland.

The Finnish Red Cross hopes that the weather will make the youth drink less and fight less.

~ Lucky bastards! My Summer holiday doesn’t start before the 18Th of June. I don’t understand why people wanna drink so much? Fine in the winter Finland can be really dark and cold.. but still.
